Unified Wine & Grape Symposium will be held virtually on January 26-29, 2021. This largest Wine & Grape Industry event in North America will present hundreds of exhibitors and suppliers from different countries. Wine symposium is organized by American Society for Enology and Viticulture (ASEV) and the California Association of Winegrape Growers (CAWG) since 1995.

This traditional symposium offers latest information about industry to the winemakers and grapegrowers. Usually the symposium is held in Sacramento Convention Center, California. Year 2021 is exceptional globally for the industry and online event will replace the symposium in Sacramento.
